Section 1 Who we are and Company responsibilities:

NexGenIT Digital Services, LLC (or NGIS LLC or NexGenIT Servies LLC or NGIS), hence forth referred to as "we" or "The Company", is a business focused on providing services ranging from website design to aerial services to server management and hosting.

Section 1.1: We are not responsible for any damage - physically or in a software environment - to any server, computer, device, or anything that we come into contact with including a website or any piece of equipment that is capiable of reading, writing, and storing binary data.
